Can every account have their own pricing?

Yes, and it is the whole point. You build price lists and assign them per customer, with volume breaks where you have agreed them, so a national account and the shop down the road can sit on completely different rates. Each account only ever sees its own prices when it logs in.

I don't have time to set this up. How much work is it?

Almost none on your end. We set up your store with you as part of onboarding: your range, your accounts, and your pricing. Send us a spreadsheet or connect your accounting software and we do the heavy lifting.

Will accounts see each other's pricing?

Never. Every account has their own login and sees only the products and prices you set for them. Your price lists stay private, and no two accounts need to be on the same rates.

Can I keep trade-only lines out of the general range?

Yes. Product visibility is per account, so the general range can go to everyone while bulk sizes, special buys and trade-only lines only appear for the accounts you choose. No awkward conversations needed.

What if some accounts still want to phone or email their orders in?

That's fine. You can key those orders into your dashboard in seconds, so everything still lives in one place and syncs to your accounting. Most accounts switch themselves over once they see how easy the portal is.

Am I locked into a contract?

No, you can cancel your subscription at any time in the portal. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
