No. Start your free trial first, explore the platform, and then decide. You can request DFY at any point during or after your trial. There's no pressure to decide upfront.
We'll do our best with what you provide, but major data cleanup is outside DFY scope. We handle basic checks (column mapping, obvious formatting issues).
Most setups are completed within 5 business days after receiving your data and payment. In rare cases with delays (data issues, slow responses), it may take up to 14 business days.
CSV or Excel. We accept exports from accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks), CRM systems, or your own spreadsheets. After you sign up, we'll send you a template and intake form to make it easy.
You're fully set up and self-sufficient. Ongoing support is available via our help desk and email.
